If you answered yes to any of the above, I recommend my custom meal plan service. This is a nutrition plan complete with recipes, quantities, advice and instructions. You will receive a questionnaire asking for your personal stats, likes, dislikes, typical schedule, supermarkets used and goals which enable me to create a plan which will fit into your lifestyle, and not the other way around. You will receive your plan within 5 working days, and I will happily edit the plan once if you find something you would like to change i.e. you forgot you didn’t like tuna ;-).


1. Basic nutrition plan (consultation, lifestyle recommendations, plan of action and 2 example days of eating for your calorie balance) – £35

2. Bespoke nutrition plan (all the above but inc. 6 example days of eating which are created from scratch with your likes, dislikes, supermarket choice and training nutrition) – £60
